Warranty Policy:

MSPSDirect.com backs all it's products sold. If you are not satisfied with the product, we will
accept a return for a refund or store credit . (See Return Policy below) All parts and warranties
are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty. "Limited Manufacturer's Warranties" may vary
(sometimes due to vehicle installation, installer credentials, date of install and purchase etc.etc.). Warranty cards are included with your product which should be reviewed carefully.
Warranty policies can change at any time without notice. (These policies were last updated 4/9/03)

Return Policy:

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). You
can request an RMA number by contacting us.

Please include the following information:

Invoice number
Reason for return
Address for pickup
Your name
Daytime telephone number
E-mail address

Within 10 days after submitting your order, you may return products that are:

All returned merchandise must be in original box with all manufacturer's included accessories.
Have all the instructions, owner manuals, etc.
Are not damaged or altered in any way. This includes packaging.
Complete with all parts and hardware.
Merchandise that was shipped double boxed must be returned in like fashion.
All warranty cards must be left blank.
Any missing accessories will result in a reduced credit or cancellation of the complete return.
*On Portable Systems (ones not permanently fixed to vehicle) we only allow a return within 2 days.
(This prevents used returns from customers who's intentions were to use and return the unit after
traveling on a single trip to get their money back. This is for security reasons only.)

These returns require an RMA number. When we give you an RMA number, we will give you
complete instructions of how, when and where to return the product to us. We will issue a full
credit or refund for products that meet the above requirements, minus the restocking fee . If a
product was sent in error (e.g. wrong color, wrong application, etc.) you will not be charged
shipping. All items will be sent out to be tested, inspected and the serial numbers will be matched
to our records before any credit will be issued. If wrong information was given to us, we will not
refund shipping charges. On non-defective returns, we charge a 20% restocking fee ($40
minimum).
On our Honda Odyssey Kits, we reserve the right to charge 5% additional if we feel in any way
that the purchase was made in order to achieve a copy of our Odyssey Installation Instructions.
Example: If needed for help with installing another system in their Odyssey. OR To help a facility
build a similar system for the Honda Odyssey.
Pre-Purchase requests are not allowed for this reason. If an Odyssey Installation Instruction request
was made before the customer received his or her Odyssey System Kit ordered, this situation will
then be considered under our Odyssey Installation Instruction security rule above. Therefore an
additional 5% fee will be removed from the customers refund fees.
If an order is withdrawn before a credit card is charged, there will be no charge. If an order is
withdrawn after a credit card is charged but not shipped yet, a refund will be issued minus a 7%
Visa/MasterCard fees (8% on AMEX & Discover ) charged to us for both transactions. A refund
may also be subject to processing fees.

All returns must be shipped prepaid freight (no collect shipments will be accepted) and RGA# is to
be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box(s) and product has be shipped towards us
with in ten days of receiving your product.
(Please ship product(s) as they were shipped and packaged when you received them, in a un
marked box. (Except Console Box) - Please do not write on Product Box(s).) The customer will
be credited invoice amount less original shipping costs, upon approval of goods.
If you didn't pay for shipping as per a special, etc. etc. There will be a charge of the shipping costs
we paid when we shipped the item(s) to you. We do not return shipping costs.

There is a restocking fee for goods returned unless it is an error on behalf of MSPS - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Damaged Products:

If your product was damaged in shipping, please refuse order if possible. Please contact us
immediately after discovering damaged product. Our customer service representatives will assist
you through the return and replacement procedure.

All Merchandise sold by MSPSDirect.com is brand new. We do not sell used or refurbished
merchandise! (Unless otherwise stated on the product page in question).

*MSPS is not liable for any delays, interruption of service or loss of business due to, but not limited
to, a product malfunction , lost shipment or damaged shipment.

MSPSDirect.com does not guarantee the accuracy of the Manufacturers advertised
specifications of the product sold. Although we try our hardest at all times to keep up to

Credit Card Fraud Protection:

Back Orders:

Back Orders may be cancelled after 15 days and it is the responsibility of customer to
reorder and track his/her back order status. MSPS will inform customers of back orders at time of sale and there will be no invoicing of backordered goods.

Shipping:

Charges will be billed on invoice and paid before shipment is sent. Ground delivery is always by a
major courier unless otherwise specified.
